A-SLAY-ing Grace is a support group for LGBTQ+ students to talk about issues of faith. This is not a Bible study, but an open and affirming space to share experiences and offer support to one another. Topics will include:
Dealing with rejection from family and faith communities
Finding open and affirming faith communities
Queer biblical figures of faith
Resources on queer faith
Spring 2019 dates for a-SLAY-ing Grace are February 18th, March 4th and 18th, April 1st and 15.
Stouts and Doubts Stouts and Doubts is an open theological discussion group that meets on the third Thursday of each Month at 5:30. Topics will vary, and we do not have to agree on everything. The purpose of this group is to have open and honest discussions about life from a faith-filled perspective. The first meeting of the Fall 2019 Semester will meet January 17th at Honey Bones.
Spring 2019 dates for Stouts and Doubts are January 17th, February 21, March 21, April 18th.
