a-SLAY-ing Grace Second Monday of Each Month LGBTQ+ Office (BW14) 9 PM
A-SLAY-ing Grace is a support group for LGBTQ+ students to talk about issues of faith. This is not a Bible study, but an open and affirming space to share experiences and offer support to one another. Topics will include:
Dealing with rejection from family and faith communities
Finding open and affirming faith communities
Queer biblical figures of faith
Resources on queer faith
Stouts and Doubts Stouts and Doubts is an open theological discussion group that meets on the third Thursday of each Month at 5:30. Topics will vary, and we do not have to agree on everything. The purpose of this group is to have open and honest discussions about life from a faith-filled perspective. The first meeting of the Fall 2018 Semester will meet September 20th at Honey Bones.
